Greece – Education and training services – «Υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων επιμόρφωσης των κληρικών και λαϊκών στελεχών της Εκκλησίας σε βασικές και προηγμένες ψηφιακές δεξιότητες στις Λιγότερο Ανεπτυγμένες Περιφέρειες (Υποέργο 2) και στις Περιφέρειες Μετάβασης ( Υποέργο 3)»

The subject of the contract is the training of clerical and lay staff of the I. Metropolises of the Church on matters and services of Digital Governance and Digital Transformation. Specifically, approximately 4,500 beneficiaries will be trained as follows: • Implementation of training programmes for clerical and lay staff of the Church in basic and advanced digital skills in the Less Developed Regions (3,579 beneficiaries), within the framework of Sub-Work 2 • Implementation of training programmes for clerical and lay staff of the Church in basic and advanced digital skills in the Transition Regions (921 beneficiaries), within the framework of Sub-Work 3 The beneficiaries are 4,500 clerical and lay staff of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, the Holy Episcopal Synod of Crete, the Holy Metropolises of the Church of Greece, the Church of Crete, the Dodecanese and the Holy Patriarchal Exarchate of Patmos, clerical special categories, monks in Holy Monasteries in the Greek territory and those serving in ecclesiastical institutions. The training action concerns the implementation of two targeted training programmes of 48 teaching hours each, in horizontal and professional knowledge and skills. The proposed training and upgrading actions of digital skills will be implemented face-to-face and remotely through tele-education. Specifically, of the 48 hours of each programme, 8 hours will be face-to-face and the remaining 40 hours will be remote through tele-education, in the form of synchronous training for 30 hours and asynchronous training for 10 hours. The 4,500 potential beneficiaries will have the opportunity to attend either one or both of the 48-hour training programmes. The maximum number of participations has been set at 6,750 with the option of choosing the physical subject and the corresponding economic. In exceptional cases and for reasons of geographical distribution of beneficiaries or technical limitations, the face-to-face training may be replaced by equivalent and equally long, synchronous remote education. The present contract will be funded within the framework of the Invitation (code OPS) for the submission of proposals under the Programme «Digital Transformation 2021-2027», Specific Objective ESO4.7 «Lifelong learning and career change», Field of Intervention 145 «Support for the development of digital skills», Action 3.1.1 «Implementation of reskilling – upskilling programmes of digital skills of civil servants», with a total budget of Public Expenditure: One million six hundred and twenty thousand euros (1,620,000.00 €) (excluding the right of option) without VAT. Right of option: 14 months with an estimated value of five hundred and forty thousand euros (540,000.00 €) without VAT. Total estimated contract value (including the right of option): Two million one hundred and sixty thousand euros (2,160,000.00) without VAT. The funding of the increase of the physical subject of the contract (exercise of rights of option, according to the per. a of the par.1 of the article 132 of the law 4412/2016), may be funded. For the right of option, funding will be secured by the awarding authority within the framework of its activation.
