Reactive and consumable compatible with COBAS b221 analyses - available in the laboratory equipment - the minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts and the framework agreement are described in the Terms of Reference. Subsequent contracts will be concluded based on needs and budget provision. Sscv. contracts will be concluded for a period of one month, one quarter or one year, depending on the budget. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities of the subsequent contracts and the framework agreement can be found in the Terms of Reference. Estimated maximum value of the largest subsequent contract: 47,415.375 RON excl. VAT. Deadline for the contracting authority's response to requests for clarification/ additional information – 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders – 20.
