Region Örebro län invites you to submit an expression of interest in the Region's forthcoming procurement of a motorhome (van) or box truck. The vehicle will be converted and subsequently used by the needle exchange service, which involves high demands on the vehicle and that it should be functional with smart solutions that facilitate the staff's daily work. The vehicle must be drivable with a B driving license. This call for expressions of interest constitutes the first step in a two-step procurement process where negotiations are allowed with the aim of identifying and qualifying suppliers who are interested in participating in the further procurement process. By submitting a tender expression of interest, you declare your interest in participating in the procurement. Participation in the first step provides the Region with information about the market, where the Region gains a greater understanding of the solutions available and the requirements that can be set. Note that this does not mean that a complete tender is submitted at this stage. The suppliers who submit a tender expression of interest on time and meet the set qualification requirements will be invited to the next phase to submit a tender.
