The subject of this consultation concerns the supply and delivery of Avis de Passage (AVP) slips. The AVP slips are intended to be deposited in the recipient's mailbox when they are absent, by the postman or deliverer, as part of the distribution of an Item (mail or parcel) in France and Overseas. The AVP slips are provided in the form of a single sheet of paper, incorporating barcode and QR Code (with variable or fixed data depending on the location). The service includes the production of Avis de Passage slips and their delivery to the National Supply Centre of La Poste, located in Roye (Somme (80)) in France. The contract is divided into a single (1) lot comprising three Avis de Passage references. The maximum volume of the contract is 443 442 210 units over 5 years, divided equally between two awarding authorities.
