The city of Wilhelmshaven and the district of Friesland plan the complete merger of the Klinikum Wilhelmshaven and the Friesland Kliniken. The merger includes the construction of a joint central clinic, into which the existing three locations (Wilhelmshaven, Sanderbusch, Varel) will be integrated. The subject of this tender is the expert consultation and conceptual planning for the preparation of the new construction of the central clinic. The aim is to develop a future-proof, economical, functional and approval-compliant medical and operational organisation concept as well as a space and function programme according to DIN 13080 and DIN 277 as a basis for: - Construction planning - Cost-effectiveness analysis - Investment decisions - further architectural and specialist planning. The essential parts of the service are: - Project start and basic analysis - Medical concept - Development of an operational organisation concept (BOK) - Development of a space and function programme (RFP) - Coordination and workshops - Documentation and handover - Special services (optional).
