The subject of the contract is comprehensive construction services for the serial construction of 15 accommodation buildings on 6 Bundeswehr properties. This involves a first tranche of Bundeswehr accommodation units to be implemented as part of the Bundeswehr construction programme. On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg), the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks is implementing this project as the client and contracting authority. The aim is to achieve a very rapid and process-optimised realisation of the accommodation buildings. For this reason, the accommodation buildings to be realised have been typified, enabling serial/modular approaches to be pursued in both planning and construction, and economies of scale to be achieved. The construction sites provided for the project each have an area of approximately 800 to 1600 m². The following 6 properties are a fixed part of this tendering procedure: - WE 0677 Schäfer-Kaserne, Unterm Bogen 1, 31675 Bückeburg - WE 0187 Wagrien-Kaserne, Putloser Chaussee 35, 23758 Oldenburg - WE 3897 Kyffhäuser-Kaserne, Seehäuserstr. 60, 06567 Bad Frankenhausen - WE 2511 Eifel-Kaserne, Philipp-Reis-Str. 2, 54568 Gerolstein - WE 0557 Tollense-Kaserne, Fünfeichen 18, 17033 Neubrandenburg - WE 4073 Blücher-Kaserne, Sakrower Landstraße 100, 14089 Berlin The design plans provided correspond to approximately performance phase 2+ in terms of architecture and were developed by the Bundeswehr as a standard design. The (+) here stands for individual, quality-defining measures in line with performance phase 3 HOAI. The contractor's services include all necessary planning and construction services required for the complete production of functional and usable structures that comply with current public law regulations and the generally recognised rules of the art, according to the specifications of the functional performance description (FLB).
