Architectural and engineering services as general planning services in the performance categories of building design, structural design and technical equipment for the refurbishment and modernisation of the four buildings required. These include two old buildings and two large-panel buildings. The refurbishment, modernisation and extension measures are to modernise and, if necessary, optimise the apartments and areas in the buildings (e.g. loft conversion). Furthermore, existing hazardous substances are to be removed and the building is to be energetically renovated or modernised, incorporating regenerative energies. The entire planning must take into account the economic and technical specifications of the AG. The contract will be awarded to one bidder for all four buildings.
