Switzerland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Vergabe der Architektur-, Gesamtleitungs- und Bauleitungsleistungen für das Projekt F&L MRT-Zentrum Lengg

The subject of the tender is the awarding of architectural, overall management and construction management services for the project «F&L MRT-Zentrum Lengg». The contract includes: − Work Package 2: Renovation of Wing AV to MRT Centre; − Work Package 3: Relocation of MRT infrastructure from Wing TM to Wing AV; − Work Package 4: Release of Wing TM for the construction site clearance Lengg OST. The commissioned architecture firm takes on the overall management and construction management on the planner's side. The required specialists and experts will be commissioned separately by the contracting entity and coordinated and technically integrated by the overall manager. − Work Package 1 – the relocation of the current uses from Wing AV – is not part of the tendered mandate. This work package is planned and coordinated in advance by the contracting entity.
