Framework agreement with no firm commitment for a period of 4 years, with two options of 24 months each. The contract covers the maintenance of the automated storage systems of the EDF Group entities. It includes several technologies (Viastore, Electroclass, Kardex, Hänel, Luchaire, Maum, Alstef, Storax). The expected services include preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory checks, tele-maintenance, hotline, on-call services, compliance restoration operations, technical assistance to users, and obsolescence management actions to ensure the operational readiness, availability, and safety of the equipment throughout the contract duration.
