Germany – Health and safety services – 1612-CS-Verzonung

The BWI GmbH is considering awarding three framework agreements (Lot 1: Procurement of zoning services for provided device sets in a cascading principle (PRIMARY LOT); Lot 2: Procurement of zoning services for provided device sets via mini-competitions, Lot 3: Procurement of zoned VS-IT via mini-competitions) with several economic operators for the procurement of zoning services and VS-IT tested for emissions via a restricted procedure in accordance with § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 1 VSVgV. The contracts will be concluded with a maximum duration of seven years (Lot 1: 1 year basic term plus a 6-time extension option of 1 year each, Lots 2 and 3: 4 year basic term plus a 3-time extension option of 1 year each). The distinction between Lot 1 and Lot 2 is based on the hardware product categories to be processed. Lot 2 only applies if the product category to be processed is not covered by Lot 1.
