France – Shelters – Accord-cadre à bons de commande pour la fourniture et la livraison de chalets en bois d'occasion, pliables, empilables et transportables

Consultation launched by a purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The present framework agreement aims to supply and deliver, on purchase orders, used, foldable, stackable and transportable wooden chalets, intended for events organised by the contracting authority. The chalets sought are of dimensions 3 metres, 4 metres and 6 metres, including at least one 4-metre model and 1 6-metre model with a fully openable front facade. The services include the supply of the chalets, their delivery to the location indicated by the contracting authority, as well as, if necessary, the accessories required for their commissioning in accordance with the technical specifications of the particular conditions of contract (CCP). Orders will be placed as needed by the contracting authority by issuing purchase orders, within the maximum amount set by the framework agreement.
