Czechia – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Dodávka funkčního celku evidence vodohospodářské infrastruktury včetně zajištění rozvoje a provozu

The subject of this public contract is the creation, operation and development of a functional unit for the water management infrastructure register in order to fulfil the obligations set out in: - Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on public water supply and sewerage systems and on the amendment to certain acts (the Water Supply and Sewerage Act), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - Act No. 254/2001 Coll., on Waters and on the amendment to certain acts (the Water Act), as amended, and its implementing regulations, - methodological guidelines related to these acts. The public contract includes the following activities: - development and delivery of the functional unit, - temporary services with fixed performance (from the start of pilot operation until the handover and takeover of the functional unit), - services with fixed performance (regular operation services, corrective support services, preventive support services, user support), - services with performance-based performance (development services, minor development, expert services).
