Romania – Guard services – SERVICII DE PAZĂ CIVILĂ FIXĂ ȘI PAZĂ PRIN PATRULARE AUTO LA OBIECTIVELE C.N. A.C.N. SA.

In accordance with the requirements of the Specification Book No. 16635 of 04/08/2026:

a. Ensuring the protection and security of the Contracting Authority's employees, objectives, property, and assets, in accordance with Annexes No. 1 and 2 of the Specification Book and the program established for each objective and the minutes of handover-receipt of the location.

b. Ensuring order and tranquillity within the perimeter of the entrusted objectives.

c. Ensuring the integrity of the Contracting Authority's staff who carry out their activities within the entrusted objectives.

d. Permanent video monitoring of the objectives where surveillance equipment is present.

e. Ensuring the protection and integrity of the water quality monitoring system on CDMN and CPAMN.

f. Controlling access within the premises of the entrusted objectives.

g. Ensuring the uninterrupted exchange of data between the Contracting Authority, the Service Provider, and the police authorities, aimed at preventing and stopping criminal phenomena.

h. Providing services by the Service Provider in the field of environmental protection.

For the provision of security services, a number of posts are required, as follows:

- 23 fixed security guard posts, 24/7;

- 1 fixed post chief of tour, 24/7;

- 6 mobile patrol guard posts, 24/7, with a daily distance to be covered to the company's objectives of 360 km/24 hours.

The security activity will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 333/08.07.2003 regarding the protection of objectives, property, assets, and the protection of persons, and of HG No. 301/2012 for the approval of the Methodological Norms for the application of Law 333/2003.
