Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open-House-Rabattverträge 2026-04 - Tramadol/Dexketoprofen

The health insurance funds (whether HEK and/or hkk participate in the respective lot is determined by the designation of the respective lot) aim to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130a (8) SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substances, active substance combinations, or dosage forms, strengths or finished medicinal products specified in the respective lot. The medicinal products subject to the contract are, unless the contract provides otherwise, always all interchangeable finished medicinal products of the contractual partner in accordance with the framework agreement on pharmaceutical supply in accordance with § 129 (2) SGB V. The contract is concluded within the framework of the Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The health insurance funds do not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract term is a maximum of 24 months, starting at the earliest on 01.04.2026 (possibly deviating start dates result from the information for the corresponding lot). The contract ends at the latest on 31.03.2028 (possible exceptions result from the information for the corresponding lot), regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. Joining this Open-House procedure is possible at any time during the contract term. All further information can be found in the participation and contract documents.
