Poland – Collection, transport and disposal of hospital waste – Świadczenie usługi odbioru, transportu i unieszkodliwienia odpadów medycznych i niebezpiecznych oraz dostarczenie pojemników do gromadzenia odpadów medycznych

The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and disposal of medical and hazardous waste, as well as the supply of containers for the collection of medical waste. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 2 together with Annex No. 2a to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to implement the contract on the principles and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contracting authority does not accept partial offers. The contract consists of 1 package (part). The package must be priced in full. Offers not containing the full scope of the contract subject specified in the package will be rejected. Due to the specificity of the contract subject, the contracting authority does not divide the contract into parts for technical, organisational and economic reasons. Dividing the contract into parts could result in a serious risk of improper implementation of the contract. The lack of division does not hinder competition within the framework of this procedure. In the event that the contracting authority used in the description of the subject of the contract designations of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions described in the SWZ are allowed.
