Description: The subject of the contract covers the execution of municipal services involving winter maintenance of roads in the city and municipality of Murowana Goślina from the date of signing the contract until 30 April 2027, with the proviso that the duty within the "Winter Action" is maintained until 31 March 2027. Winter maintenance of roads (Winter Action, AZ) – according to the list of winter maintenance standards specified in Annex A.1 to this description of the subject of the contract. Winter maintenance of roads involves clearing snow and removing the effects of ice from the carriageway of municipal roads (carriageways, pavements, parking lots, bus bays, squares, areas around bus stops and bicycle shelters). Winter maintenance of roads also includes maintaining a 24-hour standby duty for the "Winter Action". During periods when there is no need for vehicles to be dispatched, the Contractor is obliged to perform winter duties, especially on Sundays and holidays, 4 hours a day from the date of signing the contract until 31.03.2027, during which, in case of need, it will be possible to establish telephone contact and, in emergency cases, to start the winter maintenance of roads.
