The subject of the contract is the service of comprehensive cleaning and ancillary work for Szpitali Pomorskich Sp. z o.o. at the following locations: Szpital Specjalistyczny im. F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo and Szpital Morski im. PCK in Gdynia, in two partial tasks: Task No. 1 - Service of comprehensive cleaning and ancillary work at the location Szpital Specjalistyczny im. F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo, ul. dr A. Jagalskiego 10, 84-208 Wejherowo Task No. 2 - Service of comprehensive cleaning and ancillary work at the location Szpital Morski im. PCK in Gdynia, ul. Powstania Styczniowego 1, 81-519 Gdynia. 2. A detailed description of the service is provided in the Subject of the Contract Description (Attachment No. 10 to SWZ) and in the Contract Draft (Attachment No. 5 to SWZ). 3. Pursuant to Article 131(2)(1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to conduct a site visit before submitting an offer.
