France – Systems analysis and programming services – MARCHÉ DE PRESTATIONS INTELLECTUELLES ET DE SERVICES NUMÉRIQUES - CONCEPTION, INTÉGRATION, DÉPLOIEMENT, EXPLOITATION ET ÉVOLUTION D'UNE PLATEFORME NUMÉRIQUE COLLABORATEUR MULTI-ENTITÉS, SÉCURISÉE ET ACCESSIBLE (REMPLACEMENT DU PORTAIL " INTRAFOR ")

The present consultation concerns the design, integration, deployment, operation, maintenance and evolution of a secure, accessible, multi-entity collaborative digital platform for all staff of the Hôpital Fondation Adolphe de Rothschild and its entities, replacing the current "Intrafor" portal. The contractor will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from the notification of the contract to the complete reversibility of the solution: - framing, functional and technical design, information architecture and prototyping; - UX/UI design, design system and integration of the establishment's graphic charter; - parameterization, developments and integration with the existing information system; - implementation of the unified directory and organizational chart, by merging the four existing directories; - implementation of the service portal, the procedure catalogue and its articulation with the ticketing platform in production; - progressive, secure and explicable implementation of artificial intelligence functions; - preparation and repatriation of content, testing, multi-population pilot and deployment; - change management, training, documentation and start-up assistance; - warranty, corrective, preventive and evolutionary maintenance, support and reversibility. The initial sizing is based on a target of 2 000 users and must allow for a ramp-up to at least 3 000 active accounts without changing the architecture.
