The project concerns the design of a cell complex on Plot M at PI Vught with 144 cells, an isolation unit, workplaces and supporting facilities. In addition, sports and air facilities and the outdoor area with security measures will be realised. In the execution of this assignment, work will be done with confidential and Departmental CONFIDENTIAL classified Special Information. The winning bidder must be willing and able to assist with any necessary (security) screenings, if and to the extent required by the contracting authority. More information on this can be found in the application phase guide and the (draft) contract. If the above conditions are not met, access to the relevant information cannot be granted. Any resulting delays or costs are at the expense and risk of the contractor. General characteristics overview. Area: approximately 10,000 m2. -10,500 m2 building area -2,000 m2 outdoor area.
