Bulgaria – Pharmaceutical products – „Доставка на лекарствени продукти за нуждите на „МБАЛ-Самоков” ЕООД ЧАСТ 1 по 27 обособени позиции ”

The subject of the public procurement is: "Delivery of medicinal products for the needs of “MBAL-Samokov” EOOD PART 1 by 27 separate positions" for a period of 24 months by prior written requests for the needs of the treatment process in “MBAL-Samokov” EOOD, pursuant to the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act and in accordance with the conditions of the Public Procurement Act and the participation documentation. The procurement contains 27 (twenty-seven) separate positions with specified Anatomical Therapeutic Chemical (ATC) code and International Nonproprietary Name (INN). The medicinal products, subject of the present procurement, included in the separate positions of the notice for opening the procedure for awarding the present public procurement, are specified by separate positions and are detailed by medicinal forms and necessary forecast quantity in the attached to the documentation “Technical Specification”. Note: The quantities of the oral medicinal forms are in packages. All quantities specified in the specification are forecast, i.e. the Contracting Authority is not obliged to order the delivery of the entire agreed quantity, but has the right to order quantities according to its actual needs. Each participant has the right to submit one offer for the execution of the procurement for all, for one or more separate positions. Offers may be submitted: for the entire procedure, for one or more separate positions. Participation for a separate position is comprehensive, as participants must cover all sub-positions contained in that separate position. Participants who do not cover all sub-positions in a given separate position will be disqualified from participating in that separate position. There is no provision for the possibility of offering alternatives in the participants' offers.
