Competitive procedure with negotiation - Phase 1: selection of candidates. The present contract concerns the design, supply and implementation of a modular sports hall at LTC Kirchberg, including a sports field in accordance with DIN 18032 standard as well as the necessary ancillary premises for its operation. The hall must be designed as a temporary modular structure, which can be dismantled and reassembled at another location at a later date.
