Germany – Construction work – Totalübernehmer für den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses mit 6 Fahrzeugboxen zwischen Schönnen und Ebersberg

The municipal town of Erbach plans to construct a fire station with 6 vehicle bays in a modular building system (prefabricated/ modular construction). The fire station will serve as the central facility for the fire department and will fulfill the following functions: readiness for deployment, training, storage, accommodation of vehicles, and retreat options for the emergency services. The building will be constructed as the central deployment and training centre between Schönnen and Ebersberg (Southern Hesse). It will ensure the accommodation and quick readiness for deployment of the fire department vehicles and support the emergency services by providing the necessary equipment. The specific construction implementation is to be coordinated closely with the client. The planning and implementation will be carried out in compliance with the recognised standards and regulations for fire stations, as well as in close coordination with the Unfallkasse Hessen and the Technical Inspection Agency of Hesse. The building is to be planned so that it can be operated completely autonomously. A PV system with sufficient storage capacity is to be implemented. To check the buildability, a building permit application was submitted to the Kreisbauamt Odenwaldkreis. The building permit is attached to the contract documents as an appendix.
