Creation of a dynamic procurement system for IKK Nonprofit Zrt. for the purchase of tools, equipment, and accessories related to special professions in 6 categories within the framework of the RRF 2.2.3 project. The total estimated value of the quantity to be ordered by the tenderer during the operation period of the DBR (48 months) is: net 92 423 203 Ft. The tenderer will specify in the procurement documents the product categories and characteristics for which a DBR is to be created. The list of tools to be procured in the DBR, along with their detailed characteristics, is contained in the technical description for information purposes. The tenderer reserves the right to determine the price for certain tools in the DBR offer submission phase, as part of the procurement, to include installation, minimum 3-year warranty, and training costs. The delivery schedule must be agreed upon in advance with the tenderer. In implementing the DBR, the tenderer will, pursuant to Section 107. § (2) of the Kbt, provide the participating bidders with the precise technical description and contractual terms for the specific public procurements to be carried out in the system, simultaneously with the dispatch of the call for tenders.
