The contract, in accordance with Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code, aims to appoint a third party (Delegated Project Owner) to represent the project owners, grouped together, to carry out all the legal acts necessary, within the limits of the project owner's responsibilities defined below, in order to have the works, the programme of which is described below, carried out. The contract concerns a Delegated Project Owner Mission (MOD) for the management of a mass programme of rehabilitation, including: • 7 social housing organisations listed above • 22 residences (609 housing units) The mission covers all operational phases: preparatory phase, studies, market preparation, work supervision, completion and financial management associated with the programme. Nature and scope of the missions to be carried out by the Delegated Project Owner: the selected candidate will be entrusted with the tasks, the content of which will be specified in the tender documents and its annex.
