National Coordinator Groningen (NCG) is looking for one (1) Contractor to conclude a contract for the execution of the project ‘New Construction of Groene Zoom, Ten Boer (20 dwellings)’, consisting of 20 dwellings. For this, the European restricted procedure for Works according to Chapter 3 ARW 2016 is followed. NCG will organise a kick-off on 12 March 2026 from 16:00 to 18:00 to inform interested parties about the main objectives and points of attention regarding this ‘New Construction of Groene Zoom, Ten Boer (20 dwellings)’. There will also be an opportunity for interested parties to ask questions. Interested parties can participate in the kick-off with a maximum of 2 persons. If you wish to be present at this kick-off, NCG requests you to register by 9 March 15:00 via Mercell Messages, including the persons (name + function) from your organisation who will be present at the kick-off. The location of the kick-off will be announced after registration via Mercell Messages.
