Czechia – Protective and safety clothing – OOPP a ostatní pracovní oděvy pro výjezdové skupiny

The subject of the public procurement for supplies is the procurement of new workwear and PPE (hereinafter also referred to as "Goods" or "products") for the personnel of the contracting authority. The clothing is primarily intended for the contracting authority's field teams (hereinafter also "FT"), who will use the workwear when providing pre-hospital emergency care. Based on the result of the tender procedure, a "Framework Agreement" will be concluded with one selected supplier (hereinafter also "agreement") for a period of 4 years. The contracting authority requires the procurement of the following types of clothing: Polo shirts, Trousers, Thermal underwear, Parkas (Parka, Softshell), Fleeces, Tactical vests, Cuts. The scope of the individual parts of the public procurement is determined by Annexes No. 4.1. to No. 4.7. and the expected quantities of the ordered Goods are indicated in Annex No. 5 ZD. The supplier will prepare and submit to the contracting authority the "Graphic Designs of the Goods" (further details in Section 4, paragraph 4.4, point 2, letter b) ZD).
