The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” or “ARiMR”) of hotel and catering services, including the organisation of training sessions, meetings, and conferences, as well as the accommodation of ARiMR staff in training centres, which may include, in particular, the following types of services: (1) providing accommodation with meals for training participants, (2) providing conference rooms with equipment, coffee service, and an event hall, (3) providing transport. A detailed description of the requirements is included in Annex 1 to the draft contract terms (hereinafter: “draft contract terms”) which is Annex 8 to the SWZ. 2. The Purchaser requires that the contract subject be performed under the conditions and rules specified in the draft contract terms, which is Annex 8 to the SWZ.
