The Building Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, represented by the Department of Construction, is organising, on behalf of the owner representative, the Property Office of the Canton of Zurich, a tender for the award of general planning services (condition analysis, design, tendering, realisation) as a framework agreement, based on the SIA 102, 103 and 108 regulations for the projects in the general financial assets portfolio of the Canton of Zurich that are scheduled in the next five years. For the maintenance of various residential and commercial properties, one to two planning offices with architectural, constructional and building technical expertise, as well as, in particular, organisational expertise in the simultaneous processing of about 10 different projects in the portfolio, are sought. The contractors can react flexibly to different requests and have the corresponding personnel resources. They are able to plan and realise broad-ranging construction measures in a cost-conscious and appropriate manner and understand how to adequately implement the objectives and requirements of the canton.
