France – Restoration work – LNPCA Marseille Réhabilitation EX DR

After excavation and asbestos removal from the building as part of a separate prior works contract, the former Regional Directorate will undergo an interior space rehabilitation to create tertiary premises dedicated to SNCF's internal activities. These spaces will partially accommodate SNCF entities relocated from the Abeilles site as part of the LNPCA project (SUGE, TGV, ABE). A new entrance on the bus station forecourt will be created to accommodate staff in accordance with safety rules. The project aims to revitalise the building through deep thermal rehabilitation and comprehensive technical compliance. This approach aims to reintegrate the building into the operational spaces of the station, to accommodate staff and activities necessary for railway operations. Approximately 10,000 m2 of floor area will be rehabilitated.
