Czechia – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Výstavba bytového souboru Na Panských polích

This concerns the construction of a new residential zone in the U Panských polí locality in the western part of the municipality of Chýnov. The residential complex will include 7 new multi-story residential buildings, including the construction of paved areas, communications, walkways, parking spaces, and engineering networks - water supply, sewerage, gas pipeline, electricity including connection of objects (separate permit), public lighting, telecommunications line (separate permit), drainage of rainwater, supplemented by 4 separate objects for the storage of municipal waste. Objects A-F will be located in three rows loosely following the contours of a gentle slope, with object G located furthest north above the rows. The entire area will be connected to the surroundings of the reservoir and the city park in terms of pedestrian movement. In total, the buildings will contain 46 residential units: 16 x 1KK, 26 x 2KK, 4 x 3KK, all buildings will be non-basement. The houses will be accessible at their entrance level by ramps, access roads and entrances to the buildings are always situated to the north of the buildings. The buildings will be made of ceramic masonry. These are two-story buildings with a gable roof. The partitions in the apartments will be made of brick partitions, reveals, reveals or plinths of aerated concrete formwork. The ceiling structures will be made of reinforced concrete, balcony slabs of reinforced concrete with bonded reinforcement. The roof structure will be made of wooden and steel elements, in the case of objects A-F the rafters will be visible. The roofs will be gable with mPVC and partially with extensive green roofing and in the case of object G it will be gable with sheet metal roofing. The staircases will be three-armed (object G) with landings and straight single-armed (objects A-F) and without elevators. The architecture of the houses is designed to be simple and functional and, in its spatial and material conception, the aspect of the economy of construction and the repeatability of solutions and details is strongly taken into account.
