Czechia – X-ray devices – RTG

The subject of the public contract is the supply of an RTG system, including accessories, for PNKM, its installation and commissioning, in accordance with the minimum technical conditions set out in Annex 3 of this tender documentation, including the provision of warranty and post-warranty service, and the training of PNKM personnel. The contracting authority requires a warranty of at least 24 months. Further detailed requirements and specifications are part of Annexes 3 (min. technical requirements), 4 and 5 (contract drafts) of the tender documentation. The subject of the public contract must be new, unused, unrefurbished, unseized, not leased, and free from other legal encumbrances, manufactured in 2025 or later, and must not infringe any third-party patent rights or other forms of intellectual property.
