The Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (RVB) wishes to engage a project partner through a Design, Build & Maintain (DBM) contract to renovate, redevelop and maintain (for 15 years) the property at Hanzelaan 268-290 'Pas de Deux I & II' - hereinafter referred to as: 'H280' in Zwolle. H280 is to be extended with a lively, accessible and open plinth and a Rijksontmoetingsplein.

General characteristics overview

Existing area: approximately 10,000 m2 GFA

New area: approximately 14,000 m2 GFA

Disciplines: Design, installation advice, construction advice, architecture, construction, E&M, security engineering, ICT, data, building physics, construction costs, fire safety, sustainability & circularity, realisation and maintenance.

Scope of DBM

Efficient design to achieve, among other things, the maximum number of FWTE;

Renovation and redevelopment of H280;

Extension of H280 with a lively, accessible and open plinth and a Rijksontmoetingsplein;

Carrying out adaptations to the existing system level (building and site) with regard to energy;

Multi-year maintenance of the work for a period of 15 years.
