France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Accord-cadre "Prestation Intellectuelle Infrastructure et Production"

This notice aims to establish a multi-beneficiary framework agreement with subsequent contracts, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 77 500 000 € excluding taxes for all Contractors and for the total duration of the framework agreement. The framework agreement aims to define the conditions and modalities for the provision of technical assistance and expertise services in the field of infrastructure, operation and integration of RATP's applications, as described in the tender specifications. The scope of IT Production and Infrastructures at RATP, whose main activities are as follows: • Steering and implementation of infrastructure roadmaps, • Integration and delivery of IT applications, • Production of infrastructure and IT applications. * The re-tendering upon the occurrence of the need is carried out according to the modalities provided for in the contract projects. * The framework agreement will be concluded for a maximum duration of 48 months and will be broken down as follows: Initial duration of 24 months from the date of signature of the framework agreement. Unless written notice is given by RATP with a 3-month notice period, it will be tacitly renewed for 2 periods of 12 months each. * All elements relating to the application are indicated in the Special Conditions of the Consultation, made available to candidates on the platform https://ratp.bravosolution.com/web/login.html.
