Creation of the Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the modernisation of the traction batteries of SST12 and SST18 type trolleybuses. The original traction batteries of the SST (Solaris-Skoda Trollino 12 and Solaris-Skoda Trollino 18) type trolleybuses no longer guarantee scheduled cable-free operation in every case. Since the production of the original battery type has ceased, their modernisation to a more advanced energy storage system is necessary. The planned quantity for the entire period (24 months) is 2 units, based on the specific needs arising during operation, but not exceeding a total net value of 190,000,000 million HUF. The procuring entity, pursuant to Section 107. § (2) of the Public Procurement Act, shall make available the detailed technical description and contractual conditions for the specific procurements to be implemented in the DPS, to the participants validly registered in the DPS, at the same time as the invitation to tender is sent during the tendering phase. The details of the registration in the DPS are contained in the procurement documents.
