France – Damage or loss insurance services – SOUSCRIPTION D'UN CONTRAT D'ASSURANCE "DOMMAGE OUVRAGE" POUR LA CONSTRUCTION D'UN COMPLEXE SPORTIF

The Municipality of Roissy-en-Brie is undertaking the construction of a sports complex comprising: - A boxing hall; - A table tennis hall; - Shared facilities between these two spaces (entrance hall, WC, changing rooms, …) ; - In a separate wing, the premises of the youth and sports service (municipal public service). The chosen site is located on the cadastral plots AH 26 and AH 27 with a total area of 4,427 m2 situated on Rue de Pontault. In this context, the Municipality wishes to subscribe to a works insurance policy (DO) for this sports complex.
