Poland – Surface work for roads – Przebudowa DW 121 odc. Pniewo – Banie

The subject of the contract is the Reconstruction of DW 121 section Pniewo – Banie. 2. The scope of the work includes: survey works; removal of trees and shrubs and pruning of trees; demolition works; earthworks; execution of stormwater drainage elements, regulation of underground facilities; spraying of the surface with asphalt emulsion; execution of a sub-base of unbound mechanically stabilised aggregate, of cement-stabilised soil, of AC22P; of MCE mixture, of cement concrete; execution of milling; execution of a surface course of stone blocks; execution of levelling and a binder course of AC16W, execution of a wearing course of SMA8; regulation of verges; cleaning of slopes and excavation bottoms; installation of traffic safety devices, execution of horizontal and vertical signage; geodetic restoration of reference points; installation of steel barriers; installation of fences, gates and barriers; execution of pedestrian crossing lighting; execution of a surface course of concrete block paving; execution of a drainage system of concrete blocks; relocation of a water supply network fire hydrant. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in the Valued Scope of Works, SST, Section C SWZ and the contract draft. 4. The Contracting Authority envisages the possibility of awarding similar contracts, i.e. contracts at the Contracting Authority's discretion, as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law. 1) The value of the works is set at up to the amount of 2,000,000.00 PLN net, with a scope in line with the main contract subject, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works. 2) The basis for determining the terms of implementation of a similar contract is the main contract and negotiations conducted with the Contractor. 5. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or Subcontractor(s) to employ, under an employment contract, all persons performing the tasks indicated by the Contracting Authority in the context of contract implementation, i.e. the performance of construction works, specified in detail in the Valued Scope of Works, being Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 6. The powers of the Contracting Authority in terms of the method of verification and control of the fulfilment of the obligation, referred to in point 5, are specified in § 5(3)(9) and § 8(5) of the contract draft.
