This European restricted procedure concerns a framework agreement divided into 4 lots relating to Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance for municipal real estate. The contract includes, inter alia: E-installations • NEN 3140 • Lighting • Emergency lighting • Fire alarm systems • CO/LPG systems • Access control • Security W-installations • Heating systems • Air handling • Cooling • Sanitary • Control engineering. Furthermore, indicate: • Preventive maintenance; • Corrective (breakdown) maintenance 24/7; • Scheduled maintenance; • Technical management (including MJOP, asset management); • Optional: projects, modifications and sustainability.
