Germany – District-heating mains construction work – Trasse West I – Fernwärmerohrleitungsbau Abschnitt Nord

The AG operates a heating plant at Frankfurter Straße 100 in Darmstadt. The heat is primarily generated by the nearby waste-to-energy plant (hereinafter "MHKW"), delivered to the heating plant and distributed from there. Due to a current renovation in the MHWK, more heat can be utilized in the future. To exploit this potential, new district heating pipelines are being constructed between the heating plant, the MHWK and further supply areas. The advertised construction and supply services for the new district heating pipelines are divided into the "Construction Section North - Civil Engineering, Road & Pipeline Construction" and the "Construction Section North - Pipe Supply and Socket Insulation". The contractor will be commissioned for civil engineering, road and pipeline construction works for underground district heating pipelines. To be laid are: - a supply line DN350/DA560 from the heating plant at Frankfurter Straße 100, via Sensfelder Weg, to Pallaswiesenstraße - a DN450/DA710 between the MHWK at Otto-Röhm-Straße 1 (connection Sensfelder Weg) and the property of ENTEGA in Frankfurter Straße 100 The AG and a potential connection customer (company HBK) are currently in talks about establishing a house connection and the subsequent heat supply. Depending on a successful contractual agreement between company HBK and the AG, there will be an optional commissioning of the contractor for the requirement title of a house connection DN 125/DA250. The requirement service starts at Sensfelder Weg, at the road junction to Pfarrwiesenweg, to Otto-Röhm-Str. at house number 36 to the location of company HBK. Company HBK would then be connected there to a transfer station, which is created behind the building at Otto-Röhm-Str. 36. This optional service can be found in the Bill of Quantities Title 20 "TB and RO – Requirement Title". The contractor has no claim to the commissioning of this partial service. The AG is entitled to commission this partial service from the contractor in writing by 10.02.2027. In sections, empty pipes, control cables and a PE100 RC pipe DA 110 for VE water are to be laid simultaneously. The contractor must provide proof of a valid and suitable AGFW FW 601 FW 1, st certification for the implementation of the measure.
