The subject of the procurement is the modernisation of the personnel management system landscape of the Universitätsklinikum Essen through the migration of SAP HCM to H4S4 and/or SAP SuccessFactors. The scope of services includes conception, system configuration, data migration, integration into the existing system landscape, change management and training up to go-live (including hypercare), and optionally support in the further development phase.
