The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for the preparation and execution of group interviews. This may include, among other things, focus groups, workshops and group discussions with experts and experienced professionals. The Contracting Authority wishes to engage a Service Provider that provides the service relating to the execution of qualitative group interviews. This is in the context of further developing the qualitative data infrastructure (KDI) of the Social and Cultural Planning Office (SCP), part of VWS. The service provision within the contract, including the possible call-off of the research report option described below, must be carried out in accordance with the agreed quality standards for the size and composition of the group discussion, the conversation techniques used, the experience of the conversation leader and the remuneration. We are concluding the framework agreement with a maximum contract value of € 660,000,- excluding VAT.
