France – Graphic design services – Prestations de services graphiques et multimédia pour le Programme Interreg Euro-MED

This framework agreement concerns graphic and multimedia services for the Interreg Euro-MED Programme. The contractor's missions will be of two types:

- Mission 1: Consultancy and concept creation

- Mission 2: Execution, graphic/multimedia adaptation and formatting

This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles R. 2162-2 and following of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual provisions and will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code.
