Germany – Heating-system design services – Kantine Regierungsviertel Erfurt, Energetische Sanierung der Kantine, Fachplanungen Wasser/Abwasser, Heizung, Lüftung

For the construction project Kantine Regierungsviertel Erfurt, Werner-Seelenbinder-Straße 6 in 99096 Erfurt, the service for the specialist planning of Water/Wastewater, Heating, Ventilation with the services: Preliminary design and Design (Phases 2 and 3 HOAI) is required. The following services are optionally tendered: Execution planning, Preparation of tender, Involvement in tender and Site supervision. Task: The core of the project is the energy renovation of the building part Kantine- Regierungsviertel Erfurt. The project includes the adaptation of the control of the heating and ventilation systems and the renewal of the kitchen and dining room lighting. KG 420: As part of an energy audit of the canteen, modernization and optimization potentials in cost group 420 (heating systems) have been identified. The existing heat supply is provided via a connection to a ring line with a hydraulic switch, where the heat distribution is realized via a distributor with five heating circuits and five heating registers for the AHU systems. Although the system is fully functional and connected to an in-house building management system (GLT), there is an urgent need for action to increase energy efficiency in the areas of pump infrastructure and system hydraulics. -- KG 430: As part of the energy audit for the canteen, extensive modernization, restructuring and optimization potentials in cost group 430 (air conditioning and refrigeration systems) have been identified. The building currently has five air handling units with a high total air volume of 37,200 m³/h at full load, which, after about 20 years of operation, are technically and energetically outdated without heat recovery and without speed control. In addition, the lack of cooling in the kitchen area in the summer leads to unacceptably high room temperatures of over 40 °C. The scope of services for the planner to be commissioned includes the comprehensive renovation and restructuring planning of the AHU infrastructure and the conception of a highly efficient cold supply.
