The Municipality of Sipoo invites tenders for the provision of cleaning and catering services at various school and daycare locations throughout Sipoo. The cleaning and catering services are to be performed on weekdays from Monday to Friday. A more detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The contract is valid from 28.6.2027 to 29.6.2031 and the contracting authority has the option to extend the contract period after the base contract period with one (1) optional period of two (2) years from 30.6.2031 to 3.7.2033. The contracting authority decides and notifies the use of the optional period at the latest six (6) months before the end of the base contract period. The contracting authority will select one (1) supplier for the provision of cleaning and catering services. The need for and/or content of the services may change in line with changes in the organisation and tasks. If the need for and/or volume of the services changes significantly during the contract period, the contracting authority will assess when such significant or substantial changes have occurred in its operations and/or in the need for cleaning and catering services, such that the services must be re-tendered in accordance with Section 136 of the Procurement Act.
