DSK Deutsche Stadt- und Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH, as the redevelopment trustee for the city of Bramsche, intends to comprehensively redevelop the redevelopment area "Bramsche - Bahnhofsumfeld" as part of the urban development programme "Growth and sustainable renewal". In the redevelopment area, which is approximately 25 ha in total, a new urban quarter with diverse and sustainable housing, comprising approximately 400 residential units, as well as service facilities and local recreation, is to be created. The implementation of the original redevelopment area "Bahnhofsumfeld", defined in 2016, is to be carried out on the basis of the results of an urban design competition. The urban design concept for parts of the master plan has been adapted due to partially changed framework conditions and must be taken into account in future planning. In addition, the redevelopment area was expanded in 2022 and now also includes the areas of the former Tapetenfabrik Rasch and the Bramscher Buchbinderbetriebe on Lindenstraße. The expansion of the redevelopment area is not part of this tender.
