Helsinki Region Transport ("Helsinki Region Transport" or "the Contracting Authority") is procuring a rail inspection vehicle for the inspection and maintenance of the power supply systems of the Helsinki Region tram network to ensure the operational prerequisites for tram traffic. The rail inspection vehicle to be procured (with flanged wheels) must meet the technical and functional requirements described in the tender documents and their appendices.
