The Helsinki Region Transport ("Kaupunkiliikenne" or "Contracting Authority") is procuring a rail inspection vehicle for the inspection and maintenance of the overhead lines of the tram network in the Helsinki region to ensure the operational conditions of tram traffic. The rail inspection vehicle to be procured (with flanged wheels) must meet the technical and functional requirements described in the tender documents and their appendices.
