The framework agreement covers the acquisition of clothing and their maintenance, for staff whose duties (physical reception, drivers, etc.) require the wearing of specific clothing. The Seine-Saint-Denis Department also wishes to provide the concerned staff with specific clothing and accessories (ties and scarves) to be worn during working hours to promote its image.
