The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The framework agreement covers three areas: - The in-situ inspection and diagnosis of the materials of the works of the departmental roads of Savoie with their equipment and accessories, including the associated laboratory services - External control missions - Assistance to the project owner

The inspection and diagnostic missions aim to carry out material investigations and structural instrumentation to ensure the reliability of information on the works and to characterize their operation in order to optimize the work to be carried out. The identification and diagnosis of Carcinogenic, Mutagenic and Reprotoxic (CMR) substances concern the following substances: Asbestos, Lead, Hydrocarbons.

The external control missions cover controls and expertise during the construction phase regarding the supply and implementation of concrete, metal, masonry materials or specific implementation techniques such as waterproofing. During the design phase, assistance to the project owner can be requested for the same expertise, prior to the construction phase.
