The subject of the contract is the reconstruction and expansion of the PKP Intercity S.A. railway siding in Lublin. Address of the site: railway siding in Lublin, at ul. Gazowa 6. Land parcels: - cadastral area 10: 2/220, 2/104, 2/192, 2/181, 2/93, 2/66, 2/222, 2/13, 2/20, 2/190, 2/179, 2/180, 2/214, 2/213, 2/216, 2/202, 2/188, 2/186, - cadastral area 17: 1/5, 8, 3/2, 3/35, 5, 3/37, 3/18, - cadastral area 43: 1, 2. 2. The procurement procedure is conducted as an open tender in accordance with the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" or "PPA". The subject contract is a sector contract. 3. Detailed requirements regarding the contract are contained in the SWZ and the annexes to the SWZ, which are an integral part thereof. 4. The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPA, provides for a reverse order of evaluation of tenders, i.e. first conducts an examination and evaluation of tenders to determine the highest-rated tender, and then qualifies the Contractor whose tender was highest-rated in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
