The tender is conducted as a restricted procedure with prior qualification in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, Sections 58-60. Therefore, only the companies that are pre-qualified by the Contracting Authority will be invited to submit a tender. This invitation to tender exclusively covers the construction and civil engineering work mentioned in these tendering conditions. Fyns Almennyttige Boligselskab is a public housing company subject to the legal framework and rules applicable to public housing organisations. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the fact that all project documents, as listed in the common document index, are part of the tender material. The tenderer is obliged to check that they have access to the full project material. The tenderer is encouraged to read the entire tender material thoroughly, as it contains the necessary information for tender submission. The tender material also includes questions and answers, as well as any correction sheets, which are continuously published on the tender portal in an anonymised form. The tender covers construction and civil engineering works in the main contract concerning the renovation of master plans for Department 12 - Mosegårdsparken Primulavej 1-73, Lathyrusvej 1-89, Monbergsvej 51-59 5000 Odense C. The Contracting Authority expects the contract to be awarded in accordance with the schedule. The reason for the duration of the period between the award decision and the contract award is the application process for performance support for renovation projects, which is granted by Landsbyggefonden. During the period between the award decision and the contract award, the Contracting Authority will apply for this. The winning tenderer is obliged to assist the Contracting Authority with any information, if the Contracting Authority requests it. A contract will be entered into with one main contractor. As part of the project material, the basis for the contract is included. It is only the main contractor who must meet the minimum requirements. If an applicant is covered by the mandatory or voluntary grounds for exclusion in the Public Procurement Act, Sections 135-136 and 137, paragraph 1, nos. 1-6, the applicant may, by submitting sufficient documentation of their reliability, demonstrate that they should not be excluded, pursuant to the conditions in the Public Procurement Act, Section 138.
