Germany – Underground work other than tunnels, shafts and subways – Breitbandausbau in den Gemeinden Harzgerode und Thale

The Landkreis Harz is conducting a negotiated procedure with a competitive dialogue in accordance with §§ 17, 14 Abs. 3 Nr. 2 VgV for the award of an operating contract in the cost-effectiveness model. The subject of the procedure is the planning, construction, commissioning and operation of a gigabit-capable broadband network in the municipalities of Harzgerode and Thale. The aim of the project is to ensure comprehensive coverage of the underserved addresses with symmetrical data rates of at least 1 Gbit/s and thus to sustainably strengthen the digital infrastructure.
